All TAD and EHS band students in grades 6-12 will benefit from the funds raised through each family’s generosity and hard work! Please help us to provide the best band program possible for our students.
Funds raised will help provide:
Experienced teachers to assist in instrument instruction
The ability to purchase music and instruments
Instrument repair
Uniforms
Help cover travel expenses to various events
And much more!

Whether your family sells merchandise, assists in the concessions stand, helps with various events that provide funding, or makes a donation to the band program either individually or through Snap!Raise, your support is greatly appreciated!
GENERAL REMINDERS
Start early and get as many customers as possible
Sell only to friends and family, never strangers
Introduce yourself and why you are selling
Be sure to thank customers!
ORDER FORM INFO
The order form is NCR (no carbon), so be sure to use a blue or black ballpoint pen and do not make mistakes on the form. Complete all information across the top of the order form. (Coach name: Hutchison, Organization name: Betsy Band)
Prices for each of the items are clearly marked on the brochure, along with the catalog code, name, and the description of the item. Write the customer’s name, phone number, the catalog code, quantity ordered, price per item, and total amount due for each customer.
If the order form provided is completely filled, students should see Mrs. Hutchison for an additional form.
ONLINE ORDER INFO

MONEY COLLECTION INFO
Collect the money upfront. NO SALES TAX should be collected for the items sold.
All checks should be made payable to Betsy Band Booster Club
Parents may want to write one check for the total. (Checks payable to Betsy Band Booster Club.)
ORDER FORM & MONEY SUBMISSION ON FRIDAY, OCTOBER 3
ALL order forms and payment must be returned by Friday, October 3.
Have parents help total the order form, both the amount and number of items sold.
Turn in money and white and yellow order forms ONLY in the provided envelope. (Remember, money can only be submitted in the band room in a sealed envelope.
***Keep the pink order form for your records. (You will need this to deliver items to customers.)***
DELIVERY INFORMATION
Once the delivery date for merchandise is known, that info will be pushed out through the BAND app. Students will pick up orders at the Elizabethton High School band room.
Please check to make sure order is correct and that there are no damaged items
