TAD Band Uniform Return

Students should bring dry cleaned uniforms back to the band room from 7:15-7:40am using the following schedule:

  • Tuesday, April 7: Beginning Brass & Percussion, Advanced Percussion

  • Wednesday, April 8: Beginning Woodwinds

  • Thursday, April 9: Advanced Woodwinds

  • Friday, April 10: Advanced Brass

Students that do not turn in dry-cleaned uniforms will not be eligible to participate in the end of the year rewards.

What should be returned?

  • All uniforms must be returned with the original band-issued garment bag. The band jacket and bibbers should be enclosed in the dry-cleaning bag & attached receipt inside the band-issued garment bag and on the original hangers issued.

  • Students should keep the band t-shirt, their gloves, and marching shoes.

  • Please remove name label from garment bag before returning–if each person does their own, that makes this a lot easier. Each student will personally check in uniform with Mrs. Hutchison or parent volunteers.

Charges for incorrect care of band uniform:

  • Uniforms that are submitted that have not been dry-cleaned: $20

  • Missing Garment Bag (original issue): $20

  • Uniform replacement: $350
